Blueberry Yogurt Rooibos

Last of my Fusion Tea Room samples (thank you again!) that I am trying out. I have been curious about this one for a bit, although I have since had other teas with yogurt bits. This one has not created any weird surface on the top of the tea so that’s a plus.

It smells like blueberry muffins and yogurt together. I am just really on a breakfast kick today too, so this is a great way to end my day.

It tastes as advertised: very blueberry! There’s a bit of a tangy taste thanks to the yogurt, and I think it makes it taste a bit creamy, compared to how most other fruity rooibos blends I’ve had have tasted. It’s nice and sweet, and it almost tastes like blueberry cheesecake instead.

I love how well blueberry goes with rooibos, I’m amazed this is only the second time I’ve had it because I REALLY enjoy it. Since the other one I had was an iced tea, I will have to try this one out iced too. I bet it’ll be even better.

Adding this to the “when I have less tea, I will get this” list.

I really like this one. Sweet and YUMMY! The blueberry tastes authentic, and it is sweet with just a little tartness. It tastes like sweet, juicy blueberries! The yogurt is a nice touch, giving it a little bit of creaminess and a delicious tangy note. I like that the rooibos isn’t an overwhelmingly strong flavor here, I taste just a little bit of earthiness to the cup from the rooibos, but none of those sometimes funky rooibos flavors.

YUM YUM YUM! This is the first ‘yogurt’ tea I have actually SEEN the Yogurt IN…it’s FUN! It’s blueberry and creamy and very much like what you would expect from a Blueberry Yogurt tisane. It’s sweet and fruity and creamy! Very tasty!

I’m not a big fan of fruity teas, except citrus flavors, so I was expecting to not like this too much. Maybe because of such a lack of expectations that this tea totally took me by surprise.

WOW, it’s wonderful! It’s juicy, and yogurty, and a tiny bit tart. It has a very rich taste.

This tea looks great and smells great – scrumptious blueberry aroma! It has a mellow, sweet, creamy flavor that curbs my cravings for sugar and calorie packed desserts! It is not at all sour or harsh like many berry teas. The fusion of ripe blueberry, creamy yogurt, and earthy rooibos is easy to love. It’s become one of my go-to drinks in the evening.

I like this best hot: when it cools down, the added flavors quiet down and the balance tips more heavily towards the rooibos base.
