From Green Tea Guru

One of China’s most prized and famous teas! This years Longjin green is wonderfully textured with a long overt chestnut note. Can be brewed in a teapot but for best results use a tall glass with 85c water, leave standing for a around 60 seconds and pour. this process can be repeated several times.
