The King’s Gold, Raja’s favourite drink
This is the most sought after of all Nepalese black tea, with its distinctive golden orange liquor. Drunk by Royalties, and known for being the favourite tea Nepal’s Rajas. It has a pronounced sweet gentle aroma, and well-rounded smooth flavour with no astringency. Made entirely of the young unopened buds which are individually hand plucked and processed, this helps to give it a fine almost royal character. A must try.
The individual tips are silky in appearance and covered in fine hairs giving it its shiny golden-orange appearance
