i think this was the second pu-er i had tried. very smooth and mellow with a hit of the cassia on the back end.
The Ripe Pu’er Cake is made from the exquisite solarized tea leaves in Yunnan ancientry tea region, the cake is blended with the exquisite tea leaves in 2008 and the exquisite spring tea leaves in 2009, and processed by traditional fermentation craft. The cake is round and thick with a glossy brownish red color and is marked by fat tips with golden hairs. It brews a bright thick broth and mellow and full-bodied flavor with varied but very balanced tastes and sweet aroma. The taste is like that of 2006 Ripe Pu’er Tea. It is very reasonable price but high quality Ripe Pu’er Cake.
