Citron Honey Tea
This is a korean style yuzu-based tea. It looks more like a jelly than a tea, but dissolve it into hot water and it’s a tasty drink. It’s very sweet since there’s so much sugar, so it’s almost like instant lemonade, but with a better flavor. The longer you let it steep, the more flavor the preserved rinds add to the water and the better it tastes. You can eat the rinds, as well. It’s different from my usual preference, but it’s yummy!
