Pussimbing is probably one of the least astringent darjeelings. It is light and fruity with great aroma. It will pair excellent with a dinner meal.

This is some of the last tea made before Pussimbing closes down for the winter. The dark liquor is light in body and has a haunting fruity and spicy aroma.
