I was a bit apprehensive to try this one. I have to be in the right mood for an herbal tea. Tonight’s it! I am overtired and have one of those weird headaches where it hurts behind your eyes; if this does help me sleep tonight it would be a plus!
The smell is not very promising. This will be only my second rooibus ever.
It’s not that great. Pretty boring, and tastes like tea bag. Not much lemon flavor. It’s not bad enough to dump down the drain but I’m not going to go searching it out either!
Edit: this is my 100th tasting note! Yay!
