From Herbal Infusions Tea Co.

A tempting fruit tea blend that combines the tradional flavour of ripe, juicy pear with sunny sweet melon cubes and the superfruit gojiberry. This tea is off the flavour chart.

Ingredients:
Apple pieces, pear pieces, whole goji berries, hibiscus blossoms, rose hip peel, honeydew melon cubes, apple cubes, flavouring.

I cold-brewed this one overnight and took it to work with me yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed it! It tastes suspiciously like DT’s Goji Pop, but I’m quite alright with that. It seemed a little less tart than Goji Pop, but to be fair I can’t remember if I cold-brewed that one. So I’ll have to pull it out to compare. This performs really well as a cold brew, and I’m sure as a hot-then-iced tea, but I’m not sure that I’ll bother trying it hot. It seems meant to be iced. Really sweet and refreshing; I pick out more of the melon and goji than any pear, but they really work together.

I got this from the terribly overpriced Cha subscription box. It’s actually an ESP Emporium blend, I think. Anyway, I’m surprised I didn’t write a review back when I tried it the first time but, I remember thinking “Hey, not bad! I bet it’d be great iced.” So, finally got around to cold steeping the rest of the sample and yeah, it’s pretty tasty – fruity and refreshing. Now to find somewhere to buy it that isn’t Herbal Infusions…
