I get this when I go out for breakfast and then regret paying the 3.00 they charge. Water has to be hot for it to steep nicely. Once you drink loose leaf tea bag varieties are ho hum

I like lots of flavor so i keep the bag in my cup. I usually drink it for breakfast every morning, and have the earl gray with lunch. I find the Earl Gray to be more flavorful.
