Organic Houjicha Gold

I love this tea – the taste of seaweed is amazing, it’s there, but it’s subtle and beautiful. This tea would be delicious with a light fish dish (obviously it would be perfect with sushi). It’s a very dark brown colour for green tea, but lovely and toasty tasting. Yum!!
