A light, rejuvenating tea with buttery overtones. This very lightly fermented oolong has been delicately processed and given a short fermentation leaving most of the leaf unaffected. The tea is rolled into the characteristic pearls, and oven dried, the temperature and length of which process are crucial to the success or failure of the tea. It’s a highly skilled process!
