Pai Mu Tan tea is made exclusively from the top two leaves and a bud of the tea plant and can be picked only the day before the tea buds unfurl. This blend delivers a smooth and delicate beverage, balancing the soft notes of white tea with citrus and spice. The tea bags in this package are made with biodegradable material and the carton is made with 100% recycled material with a minimum of 85% post-consumer waste.

I saw this tea at T.J.Maxx and couldn’t help myself. This is called a “Certified Organic Flavor-Aromatherapy Tea”. Its actually very good. You can taste oranges, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and allspice. Its like drinking an Orange Chai. It also has organic schizandra berries in it which I have no idea what they are or how they taste. The tea smells of orange and cinnamon. I used light agave to sweeten the tea. The orange tends to be a little sour if you don’t. Its different and at 2.99 was a bargain. I enjoyed the tea.
