Da Yu Ling High Mountain Oolong
Da Yu Ling Oolong Tea is one of the most prized Formosa Oolongs recognized by the most demanding tea connoisseurs. This is a premium grade Oolong tea grown in the Da Yu Ling mountain region at a high altitude of around 2800 meters. It is one of the highest elevation tea plantations in the world famous for growing premium High Mountain tea. This region is unique for its wide temperature differences between day and night and being enshrouded in fog all year round.
Da Yu Ling Oolong is a lightly oxidized Oolong tea with a distinctive refreshing fragrance. It has a rich, pure and smooth flavor with a lingering sweet aftertaste that coats from the tongue to the throat. This tea produces a brew with a light golden-yellow hue.
