Assam TGFOP Golden Leaf
Assam Golden Leaf is grown on the lowland plains of India. Obvious care is taken in the hand sorting ensuring a very large whole-leaf tea; smooth but natural tanning gives a slightly astringent taste. Good with milk.
This tea, brews a deep red colour, has an excellent wholesome flavour brought about by a second flush tippy leaf and provides a satisfying cup, proving very popular with the English.
