China White Jasmine Pearls
This is a superb white tea enriched by the scent from Jasmine blossoms. Once plucked, the leaves are left to dry in the sun after which, fresh Jasmine blossoms are added and left overnight. The next morning, the Jasmine blossoms are removed and new blossoms added. This process is repeated until the tea has the required scent and can often take up to 5 days. The leaves are gently rolled and unfurl beautifully when infused to release their and delicate Jasmine scent.
