Plantation altitude : 800 ~ 1200 meters above sea level

Tea varietal : Tie Guan Yin

Yixing teapot pairing : Zi Ni, Xiao Hong Ni, Qing Shui Ni, Modern Zhu Ni
Notice : When brewing Gong fu style, this aged oolong tea should be steeped longer than a fresh Tie Guan Yin
Dry leaves appearance : Dark with cinnamon color touch. Shaped tightly and even.
Aroma : Tiny acid touch with a sweetness hint of peach
Flavor : Flowery and fruity with a touch of honey. After a couple of brews, the tea will release a pleasant orchid aroma with some guava note
Body : Medium-bodied and with good structure
Texture : Smooth but tea taste is heavy on the tongue
Length : Medium to long
