I tought i had ready made a note about this one, but it seems not!

I’m making a total off 3 cups from this great genmaicha, its dry leafs are regular sencha but its mixed with little bits off dark roasted rice some off the rice even popped open to little white balls like popcorn! There is a reason they sometimes call it popcorn tea!

The taste is like sencha offcourse but a little bit more grainy like in taste because off the rice.

Brew 1:70°c 3min very bright sencha tastes and a little roast
Brew 2: 70°c 4min a bit milder in sencha more roasted rice taste
Brew3: 70°c 5min losing flavors a bit but i’m still enjoying the mixed rice/sensha tasted
