From JK Tea Shop

Silver needle white tea is a slightly fermented tea, which is named after its shape, whose color is silver because of its conspicuously tea hair and shape likes a big needle.

This is the top grade of white tea because all of the teas are composed of plump tea buds; White tea originates from Fuding and Zhenghe cities in Fujian province, and is from the Da Bai Hao tea bush variety, so that is why its bud is very flat and different from other teas.

White tea is famous for its anti-cancer health benefits, which has been widely recognized by many medical research institutes. In Chinese traditional medicine, white tea is commonly used as to cool your body heat, detoxicate interior body toxins and others.
