Laspsang Souchong
One of the most famous teas to come from the Northern Hills in the Fujian Province, China. This unique blend is characterized by the large black tea leaves and bold, smoky flavor after being dried over pine wood fires. Steeping this tea will result in a full-bodied, dark brown colored liquor. Commonly used for cooking, this blend makes a wonderful meat rub or marinade. However, if you are in the camping mood, this is a wonderfully smooth tea on it’s own merits!
