Toffee and Cream
During the latter half of the 20th century, Toffee and Cream became as ubiquitous on restaurant dessert menus as Irish pubs did on street-corners. And there is good reason for this. Toffee and Cream are delectable. It is also very simple to make and consists of only milk, eggs, sugar, and sometimes vanilla. As simple as it may be however, Toffee and Cream has a very complex medium rich flavor profile. (This makes it as natural as a flavoring for the mellow character of rooibos!) So in that great tradition, here is a rooibos offering to replicate this world wide taste sensation. One sip and you will agree that this brewed delight is as fun as the real thing.
