This grand example of China’s finest hails from Hangzhou, in the west lake region of Zhejiang where it is said that Dragon Well originated. Don’t get me wrong…I like Dragon Well. But many of them are around the same type of tasting experience for me. THIS ONE, however, is AMAZING! This one is MEMORABLE. This one is for the record books! Who knew Lung Ching could be so terrific!?
