Though too astringent and unrefined for consumption as a tea, it holds flavour well when combined with other ingredients and is suitable for smoothies, lattes, and high class confectionery. Excellent for detoxing, has significantly more theanine than the non-organic grade. Also excellent for cosmetic use.
