Wow this is a brilliant tea. It has a very pleasant undertone of honey and feels to be a medium on body based on the bold vs. light strength. Keeping in mind this is not a flavored tea the natural flavors almost make you think you are drinking something with additives. I can see this tea being a great tea to start the day. It makes me feel happy, corny but true. Now lets see if a biscotti will work with this tea.
