Poster’s Note: this is the best genmaicha I’ve ever tried. It’s almost impossible to screw it up, even if you brew it too hot or steep it too long. It has the most amazing, nutty, toasty flavour; light enough to be refreshing on hot days, but still stout enough to be comforting on cold days.
