One of the finest first flush teas I have had from Darjeeling. Comes from a small holding hence it is not marketed widely but if you can get your hands on some of this don’t hesitate to pick some up.
Terrific aroma and a beautiful bursts of flavour. Hints of clove and some cinnamon. Perfectly mild nose with hints of honey and herbs.
Do not over brew this, will become astringent very fast.
