Morocco Mint and Spices

Herbal Tea by Lipton

Lipton Morocco Mint & Spices Tea.

Why does Lipton Morocco Mint & Spices infusion taste so good? Because the roomy pyramid bag lets the real pieces of aromatic herbs and spices infuse beautifully.

Exhilarating flavours, naturally caffeine free.

Backlog: This was your average spearmint tea (fresh and minty) with a touch of a spicy cinnamon and a somewhat sweet taste..almost licorice.

First sips were fine but it seemed that the more I drank the more this licorice style flavour kept growing and I truly hate licorice. For me this was too interesting of a mixture, I like my mint tea minty.

Overall I found it a little odd with the flavour combination and I shall be passing this off to a friend instead.

The first tea I have ever tried and liked! It converted me from a coffee lover to a coffee and tea lover! :)

Well I have recently found that I quite like mint teas and since I’m also a fan of spices I made an assumption that the two together in some sort of tea format must be a winner.

Well it seems my palate and gut were wrong on this one. The really weird looking teabag that this mix of who knows what comes in was the first shock (it was like a webbing that turned to a solid sheet when wet hanging from dental floss). The second was the taste, which was just about drinkable, nowhere near as nice as straight mint tea. The third shock of the day was the fact that I now have a whole box left.

Lacking in the spice department as well but that may just be me. Was expecting something akin to the tea I had ages ago. Was a weird box of tea that had Asian style tigers, spices and a castle on the box. I know that that is a very poor description but trust me it exists and it was tasty.

The situations the pursuit of tea leaves me in.

This tea is fantastic! I love the spice/mint combination… I cant get enough… :) I keep the tea bag in the whole time I’m drinking & sometimes even top up (its not as flavorsome the second (or sometimes third) time round but its still very enjoyable!!

Can anyone tell me how much (if any caffeine) it has tho?? I cant find it anywhere on the box??

I hate this tea, it seems that it has sweetener in it.

I was really taken aback by how smooth I found this blend to be. Normally I find spiced teas a touch harsh, but this felt really well rounded. i think that may be down to the inclusion of mint with the other, warmer spices. Warming but not overpowering. If you’re a fan of spiced drinks, I’d highly recommend it.

I adore this tea. I don’t even like the taste that much, but I drink it when I’m doing some of my favourite activites, such as writing, and it reminds me of them, so it makes me extremely happy. I’m abit of a messy person, and the cups get left in on my desk for maybe two or three days (with the teabag in) and it smells wonderful!

i love this tea! tastes sweet without sugar!
i like mint tea & love cinnamon, so this is a great combo.
i leave the teabag in as long as possible to get more taste from the spices

As others have said the mint overpowers the spice and as a result it tastes like old chewing gum.
Just about drinkable when you add sugar but defiantly not something I would look forward to after a long day.

Absolutely love this. It’s an ‘acquired taste’, but once you have ‘acquired’ it, well!

Without sugar = pleh

With one sugar it’s drinkable but I’m still not keen.
