Mixed Berry Green

Green Tea by Lipton

We blend the flavors of ripe berries with our green tea for a special combination that’s sure to please. Plus, LIPTON teas contain a healthy dose of protective flavonoid antioxidants.

Good balance between a quality green and a super fruity berriness. I digged this one, for a bagged tea it was pretty decent. Not much to write about it really, mostly as advertised. The fruity had a sweet berriness that went down smooth and not acidy at all. If your looking for a green and that is all, then dont get this one because the mixed berry over rides the green tea even though you sense the presence all the way through.

Blegh! Fake berry flavor alert!! I cold brewed three teabags or abt. 8 hrs. DH & I each choked down a glass and then poured with pitcher out. Maybe if you drink Lipton’s RTD flavored bottles of tea you might like this, but we both found the berry flavor overpoweringly strong and underwhelmingly artificial.

Very bad even following the suggested brewing instructions this turned out with a bitter and sour berry flavor that was bad enough for me to dump the cup of tea down the drain after a single sip.

Used to drink this every morning, its a good substitute for my normal soda :)

I usually just put one bag in a cup of boiled water, and the taste is perfect. Not too strong, and tastes very fruity.

My wife has an issue with caffine, so she trys to limit her intake. This is her concoction and its mmmm..good. Had this with dinner last night. 2 bags of Lipton Berry Green tea with 2 bags of generic decaf tea in a 1 Qt container, pour boiling water to fill the container and let steep at least 5 minutes (more the merrier generally). Pour over liberal amounts of ice for a glass of yummy berry iced tea.
