Hmm. This is weird, nutty, and something else. An almost overwhelming vegetal dryness. It’s interesting. I think this is only the second dragonwell I have had and I have to say that it’s not my favorite kind of tea so far.

“Nutty” sounds right; I think that’s supposed to be a strong note in dragonwell teas.

Thanks, TeaEqualsBliss!

So this is the Dragonwell I tried. Definitely not as good as others I’ve had, but it’s still pretty good. It’s slightly sweet, very reminiscent of buttered green veggies. And I completely forgot what else to say because of this, the greatest thing on the entire internet. http://www.buzzfeed.com/summeranne/live-247-corgi-puppy-cam

Just got a nice tine of this from Love Teas from the UK and it says it’s imported by Adagio Teas…so…if you are in the UK and are familiar with Love Teas – check them out for Adagio’s Dragonwell, apparently.

This has a light and buttery-sweet beginning of the sip with a more vegetal ending of the sip. This isn’t too bad. Not overly strong but fairly tasty.

Finished this sample off this morning! Still good, but not my favorite.
