Simply an amazing tea, the combination of a great aroma mixed with outstanding flavor at a great price make this tea easily one of my favorite teas. The smokey flavor and rich malty and earthy notes come through, and you can let it pick up considerably depending on how long you wish to steep.
TIEH KUAN YIN
Oolong Tea by Luh Tea Emporium
Also known as Iron Goddess of Mercy. Our tea is the traditional high-fired Tieh Kuan Yin from Taiwan. This tea yields peach and apricot like flavors with hints of smokey undertones. Ideal brewing temperature is 95°C hot water. Make sure you brew it with a clay teapot to bring out the full flavors.

150 grams vacuum-sealed bagt water. Clay teapot is recommended for steeping this tea.
