A relaxing cup of tea, with a delicious toasty, woodsy flavor. The roasting process depletes most of green tea’s caffeine and catechins, so our Houji-cha is the perfect end-note to your dinner.
To brew, we recommend One tablespoon of tea leaves to one cup (8-12 oz) of just-boiled water, quickly steeped for 30 seconds.
