This top quality flowery orange pekoe black tea has a very high portion of large, golden tips. The Yunnan Imperial’s flavor is full, sweet, spicy taste and malty. Some call it the “mocha of teas”. Zoom in to the image above to clearly see the large leaf which is dark green and contains many bronze-colored tips. The leaf brews a strong, dark infusion.

This wouldn’t be my favorite yunnan but it’s perfectly acceptable for the price.

Nothing but what you’d expect. A dark, intense tea that wakes you up. I’ve tried this twice now, and despite rinsing it before my second cup, there is still a bit more dustiness than I’ve gotten with other Yunnans.
