This Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea Powder is produced by an artisanal tea farm, established in Taiwan over 70 years ago at the time of the Japanese occupation. Sencha processing techniques are still used today to produce a high quality Green tea powder that is mainly exported to Japan, where it enjoys a fine reputation.
Top sets of Whole Leaf Green Tea, certified pesticide-free, are cold-ground and packaged at the farm, allowing for elevated levels of antioxidants and a fuller release of nutrients such as vitamin C, catechin, and calcium.

Our Kama Matcha Green Tea is delivered in individual serving sized packets, each consisting of 2 grams of Kama Matcha SEALED ON SITE at the farm. Quite unlike conventional bulk-sealed Matcha, which starts to oxidize the moment it is opened, our serving sized packets stay greener longer.
