Blue tea with jasmineFor the first time, Mariage Frères has blended a grand China blue tea with jasmine flowers in one peerless composition.
The gleaming leaves, greenish turquoise, are handcrafted into pearls and scattered with jasmine petals.
An eloquent nose fragrant with floral and fruity aromas (young peach).
The liquor, limpid and golden, is marked by a satin texture bursting with the fragrance of young, freshly blooming jasmine, highlighting the smooth and sparkling cup, vividly mingling with fruitier notes (apricot nut, fig) as well as a hint of vanilla lovingly expressed by the blue tea. How to prepare this blue tea:
Measure out 3,5 g of tea for 20 cl of pure, filtered water.
Bring the water to a simmer (about 95° C) and let the tea infuse for 4 minutes.
