On the high plateaus of northern Indo China, at dawn, the tea planter delicately places some of his best green tea in the heart of each white lotus flower.
He then folds the petals over to permeate the tea with the pure fresh fragrances of the aromatic stamens.

How to prepare this flavoured green tea :
Measure out 2,5 g of tea for 20 cl of pure, filtered water.
Bring the water to a simmer (about 95° C)and let the tea infuse for 3 minutes.
