Almond Rocker

Rooibos Tea by Merkaba

Almonds have certainly symbolized many different things to many different people over the years. From hope and promise, mourning and enduring
sadness, female beauty, deep wisdom to a potent fertility charm. Even today throughout much of Europe almonds symbolize good luck and are often
given as gifts. Our sources tell us that certain members of the Rolling Stones demand that almonds be placed in their hotel rooms or they won’t go on
stage – believe it or not. With all this talk of symbolism you’re probably wondering what Almond Rocker Rooibos herbal tea symbolizes. It’s quite simple:
mellowness and subtle nutty flavor. The cup is exceptionally fresh with tongue pleasing herbal notes balanced by the slightly bitter profile of almond.
Served steaming hot or poured over a tall glass of ice, this is one tea that is sure to get your motor running!

I want to thank MandyB for this one! This is only my 2nd tea encounter with Merkaba and I remember the first one being positive. So-Far-So-Good with this one, too! This sort of smells like an Amaretto Sour. It doesn’t really taste like one tho…the taste is more Almond and Rooibos, of course. The almond is nicely done. The natural sweetness of the rooibos makes it so there isn’t a bitterness to it. It’s creamy and almost floral in the middle of the sip. Where ever the taste rollercoaster seems to go on this ride – it always comes back to the almond.

I like this!

Nom. More rooibos than almond this time around but still good…

SIPDOWN

Rooibos and Almond sums it up! Tasty tho!

Thanks to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tisane.

This is alright. Not my favorite rooibos blend, but, it isn’t bad. The nutty flavor of the almonds melds well with the natural nutty taste of the rooibos. It’s drinkable, acceptable if its offered but not something I’d ask for or buy for myself.
