Light Roast Ti Kuan Yin / Spirit of Plum
There is a Chinese old saying: “Bitter cold adds strong fragrance to plum blossom”, which is similar to “No Pain, No Gain”. We name this light roasted Ti Kuan Yin “Spirit of Plum” because its high-quality comes from our tea master’s persistent devotion to quality: 16 hours of tea making with at least 10 times of roll/fire/dry process.
