This is much, much better with brown sugar than with white sugar. When I had it with white sugar, all I could taste was the peppermint, which was so strong it caused my throat to tighten and made swallowing difficult. But with the brown sugar (and brewed in a mug than I normally use) it turned into a very nice, tummy-soothing tea that also goes well with chocolates. It’s not the best mint blend tea I’ve had, but it’s the best for its price range.
Peppermint and Spearmint
Our signature tea blend in tea bags. If you have never had our teas, we recommend starting here. Our slow, air drying process retains the many flavors of the mint leaf. A light cup will leave a faint mint taste combined with a mellow earthy taste that is unique to Mint Brook Meadows herbal teas. If you like a zing beat the bag around in your cup for a while, then drink up!
