Au Québec, le temps des sucres nous rappelle collectivement un goût merveilleux qui fond sur la langue : celui de la tire sur neige. Quelle belle invention, ne trouvez-vous pas ? Désormais, plus besoin d’attendre le printemps. Du moins, vous avez de quoi tenir en attendant ! Le thé noir, la cannelle, le sirop d’érable déshydraté, le maïs soufflé et les fleurs de Centaurea cyanus bleutées forment un amalgame sucré-épicé tout simplement divin.
