Dandelion root, Burdock root, Licorice root, and Ginger root in powdered herbal tea form. It is good for digestion and general wellbeing. Brew like most herbal teas, 1 to 1 1/2 tsp in 209 degree water for 5 to 7 minutes.
I love this stuff when I’m not feeling well. It has a sharp-ish taste from the licorice, but I really like it. A warning though, it’s a very strong flavor, so some of my friends use less than a teaspoon for eight ounces of water.
I like the stuff though, makes me feel better, so I’ll take the teaspoon..and maybe more.
