Oolong «Rougui floral fragrance» was made in May 2018 in the Yunlong tea farm from the first spring shoots of Rougui cultivar (deep fermentation, medium fire). Hongbei: June 2018.

In appearance: large, lengthwise twisted leaves of brown color. The fragrance is deep and warm, spicy-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, with golden almond hue.

The bouquet of brewed tea is warm and complex, with notes of pastry and spice, exotic wood tar, flowers and dried fruits. The fragrance is deep and warm, spicy, cold fragrance is tender, spicy-floral. The taste is full-bodied and soft, sweetish with delicate fruity sourness and spicy nuances, transforming into refreshing finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 5-7 seconds. After that do short brews (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing exposure time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8 times.

«Rougui floral fragrance» is an excellent choice for an emotional reboot in the second half of the day: relieves fatigue and tension, warms up the body, switches attention.
