From Mrs Doyle's

Ingredients: Peppermint, aniseed, lime leaves and safflower petals

Mrs Doyle spent a little time during the 60s in China investigating the Cultural Revolution and though not completely convinced by Mao she did like his tea and he did share a few blend secrets. So here it is, a good mood tea that will bring out the hippy in you.

This tea was a present from my wife, and as I am always looking for more ways to relax I was really looking forward to it. But it’s not really for me.

The peppermint is really strong, which is nice if that’s what you’re after, but if I want a peppermint tea that’s what I’ll brew up.

It’s not horrible by any means, I just think that if a tea calls itself ‘Chill Out’, I should be of a mental state akin to Bob Dylan (who is constantly chillin, I am reliably informed) by the end of it.
