Quite a bit more tannin than other Darjeelings I’ve tried. The liquour is orange and floral aroma. Nice, but not amazing.

Aroma is floral with strong hints of cocoa, brew is pale ruby, taste is quite astringent, very wine-like with a highly tannic bitterness to it with subtler hints of pine at the not-so-smooth finish, definitely a breakfast tea.
