From New Mexico Tea Company

A classic Assam with a traditional leaf style. Produced during June this tea embodies all the flavor and strength you expect from a top Assam estate. This is a great breakfast tea that is best drunk with milk or even cream.

Located in the North-Eastern region of India, on a high plateau which straddles the Brahmaputra river, Assam teas are prized for their rich, malty, and robust cup character. The finest Assam teas produced during Second Flush have chunky golden tips.

Imported: Sree Sibbari Tea Estate, Assam, India
