Matcha
This tea in powder form is made from the prestigious Gyokuro tea leaves and is soft jade green in colour. It is used during the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, Chanoyu, where the powder is whisked in lukewarm water with a bamboo whisk to create a jade green mousse.
