Golden Spike EC09-1
A very rare and unusual tea. Beautifully crafted it consists of the top two leaves of a shoot twisted together and carefully dried. It has a light slightly sweet taste and liquor. This tea lies somewhere between white tea and green tea.
Brewing Advice: 10 spikes per mug, add hot but not boiling water (70 deg C). Steep for three to four minutes. Suitable for multiple infusions.
