Tian Mu Qing Ding (o)
This is a rare organic tea from the Tian Mu Mountains in the province of Zhejiang. The leaves can only be plucked during two weeks in the spring. Tian Mu translates as ‘eyes looking towards heaven’. This tea is hand processed the leaves are slim green and long with a lightly flowery bouquet and a sweet nutty taste.
