From O-Cha.com

“Hokkori-cha” – We recently came across this gem of a green tea and after trying it, were confident our customers would appreciate it as well. From Uji, it is a blend of gyokuro, sencha, and gyokuro stems that produce a very unusual, unique taste. Similar to but not quite the same as the Tsuen “Otsuusan” we carry. The unique thing about this tea is that it can be brewed to produce a flavor that suites the user. Brew it at a low temperature with a lot of leaf and the gyokuro characteristics will come forth. Brew it with less leaf at a higher temperature, and the sencha aspects will become more prominent.

Very interesting tea… Ive tried brewing it cooler and warmer and so far very much prefer the smooth mellow taste of the cooler steeping. The stems provide an interesting “twang” to the tea. If you are tired of sencha or gyokuru this is a great tea to add to your cabinet.
