From Or Tea

Praised as the national tea of China, this legendary beverage is used in formal occasions to serve VIPs from foreign countries. Originated in West Lake of Hangzhou, these tea leaves go best with water from Dragon Well – one of Hangzhou’s four best springs.

Aroma: warm and malty

Flavour: crisp, fresh, sharp, yet very approachable. With an aftertaste that cools sides of tongue.

Origin: Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province

Certified organic by world’s most stringent organizations in America, Europe and Japan.

One sachet per mug. Add hot but not boiling water. Steep it for 3-5 minutes before your first sip.

I will definitely upload a pic of the tea box and sachet later – the design is adorable! As for the tea itself, Dragon Well is my all-time favourite when it comes to Chinese tea. Or Tea’s Dragon Well is great – it has the vegetal and toasted flavour of green tea leaves, as well as slightly sweet aftertaste that every good Dragon Well should have. A refreshing tea to clean your palate!
