Gokou Sencha
Made exclusively with the Gokou varietal from a single crop at a single tea farm, this is actually classified as a gyokuro aracha, but since it is a pre-sorted product we have given it the sencha title. Gokou is the most renowned gyokuro varietal and its name means “balance of the five senses”. It steeps green, smells sweet and tastes of umami. Try it with an ice steep and taste something you have never experienced in a tea.
