Pai Mu Dan White Tea – literally White Peony – is a white tea from the Fujian Province of China. It’s sometimes spelt Bai Mu Dan.

Pai Mu Dan is made form the buds with two tip leaves that remain after the White Downy Silvery Needles have been harvested.
